Personal Experience: I asked an Algerian friend to send an invite and I got my visa in 2 days! I would highly recommend getting an invitation from an Algerian and stamped by the Municipality in Algeria. Otherwise, it’s very difficult for Yemenis.

Personal Experience: Since I live in Jeddah, I sent my documents through a friend who was traveling to Riyadh. The process takes 1 day if you submit it in the morning.

Update! It is important that once you use your East Africa Visa, you have to travel within the 3 countries to keep it valid. Once you visit a country outside Rwanda, Kenya & Uganda, the visa expires.

Personal Experience: VERY FAST! I planned on getting 2 separate visas for  Uganda and Rwanda since I am not visiting Kenya. However, I did not get any respond from E-Visa Rwanda, so I applied for East Africa Visa through Uganda and I got it in 5 minutes! 😀
